How to choose the right headphones
A quick, no-nonsense guide to help you pick the right type for the way you listen.
Earbuds with a charging case
Best for commuting, the Metro and calls on the go. Small and easy to carry, but also easy to misplace, so a good case matters.
Full-size headphones
Best for the office, WFH, flights and long listening sessions. Check that the headband does not press too hard on your head.
3.5 mm earphones
No charging, no pairing. Ideal for laptops, desktops and older phones with a headphone jack.
Volume-limited headphones
Choose a model with a volume limit and avoid long sessions at high volume. Breaks every hour are a good habit.
A note on noise cancellation (ANC)
ANC reduces steady background noise such as traffic, fans and engines. It does not make the world completely silent. Battery life depends on volume and whether ANC is switched on. We never claim that any headphone is a medical device or improves hearing.
Common questions
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD is available across Delhi NCR and most PIN codes in India for orders up to ₹10,000. You can also pay by UPI, debit/credit card or net banking.
How long does delivery take?
Delhi NCR: 1–2 working days, or same day if you order before 2 PM. Rest of India: 3–7 working days, depending on your PIN code.
Is there a warranty?
Every product comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Just call or WhatsApp us with your order details.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, used ear tips cannot be returned.
Can I check the product before buying?
Of course. Visit our store at Nehru Place, Mon–Sat, 11 AM to 8 PM, and try the models in person.
Do you provide a GST invoice?
Yes, a GST invoice is shared with every order. Let us know your GSTIN if you need a business invoice.
