By using this website or placing an order with Dhun Audio, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

This website lets you browse our range and send an order request. An order is confirmed only after we call you to confirm the product, price and delivery details.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST. Delivery charges are shown on the Delivery page. Colours and box contents may vary slightly from the images.

Warranty

All products carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Physical damage, water damage and normal wear are not covered.

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Used ear tips cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

No other promises

We sell headphones and accessories only. We do not offer loans, investment schemes or medical claims of any kind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
